Who Am I?
My name is Hanna Vennström. I’m a fitness enthusiastic who has been training Crossfit for 7 years. I am a Crossfit coach and fitness instructor at EF Crossfit, and teach everything from intervals to olympic weight lifting. I consider myself a hybrid athlete, as I have the strength to lift my own body weight in a snatch, but can also run a marathon in under 4 hours.
One of my greatest strength is motivating people and that is what I want to use to improve the quality of life of those around me. Crossfit and other hybrid sports can feel intimidating to start, but they are really the most balanced forms of fitness. Whether you want to hone in on the areas in which you are lacking to improve in your sport, just starting out your fitness journey, or trying to find consistency in your training, I’m here to help you.
